Define Period for “Recent Activity”
The Admin of CargoMarket can now store a definition for the so-called “recent activity”. In doing so, he specifies the number of months within which a user should have visited CargoMarket in order to be considered as recently active – for example, a visit within the last three months. If the user has not visited CargoMarket for more than three months, he loses this status again.
Users without recent activity are not blocked and can continue to access CargoMarket. If this is the case, the visitor is considered to be recently active again. Users who have not been active for a longer period of time are hidden in some areas of SLOT.
If a shipper user books a time window, he will only see the users active in the defined period as possible suppliers or booking companies for the booking. Thus, there is no danger of making a booking for a supplier or shipper who is not actively using Cargoclix SLOT – for example, because he has left the company or is using a different access. With a click, however, the list of suppliers can, if necessary, be supplemented at any time by users who are not considered to be recently active. Thus the operative shipper employees are flexible and can – if necessary – view only the active suppliers or all suppliers for selection.
