Loberon Introduces SLOT

Loberon GmbH, online retailer for furniture and lifestyle products, optimises its ramps at the locations in Nuremberg, Trabitz, Pegnitz and Hoppegarten by using the time window management system SLOT from Cargoclix. There, the cloud-based software ensures that there are no traffic jams and long waiting times when handling around 25 trucks a day. The booking period for time slots begins 30 days in advance. Spontaneous bookings are possible until 12 noon the day before. Booking a time slot costs 50 cents. The logistics service providers bear the costs themselves.
